Why This Role Exists
This role exists to build and scale a high-performing influencer and creator marketing function that drives brand growth, community engagement, and measurable commercial impact. As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead the development of long-term creator and brand partner relationships, expand our gifting and seeding strategy, grow our affiliate creator community, and drive the production of high-performing UGC and creator-led TikTok content.
Sitting at the intersection of brand, social, community, and performance marketing, this role is critical in connecting influencer activity to wider business objectives—ensuring creator partnerships not only strengthen brand presence and engagement, but also contribute to scalable growth and ROI.

* Successfully scaled the influencer gifting, seeding and affiliate programmes, increasing creator engagement, earned reach and measurable ROI across key social platforms.
* Delivered a consistent pipeline of high-performing UGC and creator-led TikTok content that supports both brand awareness and paid social performance objectives.
* Established efficient processes for creator management, briefing, reporting and campaign delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly and collaboratively across teams and agency partners.
* Used performance insights, creator trends and campaign reporting to continuously optimise influencer activity and contribute to the wider growth of the Absolute Collagen brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Partner Management: Support our PR agency in identifying, sourcing and contracting long-term brand partners and ambassadors; manage day-to-day relationships with long-term talent and their management teams; coordinate content approvals, timelines and deliverables; track and report on partnership performance and campaign results; lead briefing processes for brand partner content production across brand shoots where required; ensure all talent partnerships align with the Absolute Collagen brand "Age Powerfully" positioning and "Proven. Pure. Powerful" product positioning.
* Influencer Seeding & Gifting Programme: Own and scale our influencer seeding programme across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms; identify relevant creators and manage outreach and relationship-building; coordinate gifting logistics, briefing documents and creator communications; manage gifting and discount code tracking; monitor influencer content and compile campaign reporting and insights; continuously optimise seeding performance, creator quality and earned reach.
* Collagen Collective Affiliate Programme: Work closely with the Community Manager to scale our Collagen Collective affiliate programme; manage affiliate creator onboarding, briefing and ongoing communications; coordinate product seeding, gifting and affiliate code creation; build strong creator relationships to encourage consistent advocacy and content generation; track affiliate performance, ROI and creator output; identify opportunities to grow engagement, retention and creator advocacy within the programme.
* UGC & Paid Social Support: Brief and source UGC creators for paid social campaigns; manage creator deliverables and ensure content aligns with performance marketing objectives; coordinate reporting and performance feedback on UGC assets; work closely with the Paid Social team to identify high-performing creative trends and content needs.
* TikTok Influencer & Agency Support: Support our TikTok agency with influencer briefing and content management; ensure TikTok creator content aligns with always-on campaign objectives and brand tone of voice; help bridge the gap between in-house influencer outreach and TikTok agency.
Experience & Capability
* 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, PR or creator management.
* Strong understanding of influencer marketing across all social channels.
* Experience managing gifting/seeding and affiliate programmes.
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
* Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
* Commercially aware and confident reporting on campaign performance.
* Passionate about beauty, wellness and creator culture.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, social, paid and community teams.
* Experience using influencer or affiliate platforms is a plus.
