More About The Role As our new Reward Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making sure our reward plans are clear, fair, and effective. Working closely with our Reward Managers, you’ll ensure salary reviews, bonus plans, and other changes are delivered accurately and on time, always with data at the heart of your decision making. Alongside reward, you’ll also help us maintain strong industrial relations, supporting union-related activity and building positive, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who can not only analyse complex data but also turn it into clear, meaningful insights for the business. You’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert, confident in challenging, presenting, and influencing when needed.
