Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding electronics manufacturer, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join their team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth procurement of components for cutting-edge electronic products used across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities as the Purchasing Administrator:
Raise and process purchase orders for electronic components and materials
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing
Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting demand
Resolve any supplier or delivery issues promptly and professionally
Support the wider procurement and production teams as needed
Requirements for the appointed Purchasing Administrator:
Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or admin role within electronics/PCB manufacturing
Strong understanding of electronic components and supply chain processes
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, etc.)
