About the Role
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our clients team on the Saintfield Road, Belfast. This part-time role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services and administrative support across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a professional front-of-house service, greeting visitors and managing reception duties.
2. Handle telephone enquiries, including emergency and accessibility-related calls.
3. Maintain reception area, meeting room bookings, and administrative records.
4. Support estates fault logging, complaints handling, and vaccine storage protocols.
5. Perform clerical tasks including document preparation, filing, post handling, and deliveries.
6. Input incident reports into DATIX and assist with audio transcription.
7. Operate office equipment, key management systems, and maintain stock levels.
8. Conduct fire safety checks, support evacuations, and monitor access and CCTV systems.
Essential Criteria
9. 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English, or equivalent qualifications.
10. Minimum 1 year’s experience in a receptionist/administrative role, working both independently and within a team.
11. Working knowledge of fire safety checks and building evacuation procedures.
12. Word/Text Processing Level 2 (OCR/RSA or equivalent).
