Responsibilities
Ensure the business is risk‑averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies Serve as a confident, influential, and diplomatic leader with a positive drive and significant multi‑branch lettings experience Maintain a clear understanding of current lettings legislation Drive the performance, personal development and day‑to‑day management of the team Provide excellent communication both verbally and in writing Be articulate, pragmatic, analytical and solutions‑focused, with exceptional drive and enthusiasm Be a high performer who is KPI‑driven, an excellent recruiter and developer of people
Essential Skills
Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Branch Manager level or higher Ability to work well with others and create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment Effective communication and trust‑building with customers, suppliers and communities Capable of creating and executing relevant business plans for each branch Aware of and able to monitor local competitor performance Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation Managing time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads independently Deliver outstanding customer service and work under own initiative Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft Office) Attention to detail
