We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team to support our Internal Recruiter and wider HR team with daily recruitment activities. The position is available to start as soon as possible. Role Responsibilities include: To complete the start-to-end recruitment life cycle for all permanent and fixed-term vacancies across Polaris Education, processing all associated recruitment administration tasks from advertising through to appointment. Manage all agreed job vacancies via the company recruitment system ensuring that all information relating to the vacancy is recorded accurately. Liaise with the wider HR team and Internal Recruiter to understand the vacancy requirements and set closing dates and interview dates for recruitment. Ensure all vacancies are advertised internally and externally where required on the Company job sites via our marketing department Keep on top of a busy recruitment inbox, professionally responding to all emails in a timely manner. To manage all recruitment applications via the company recruitment system, sending applications to Hiring Managers and chasing for feedback Send applicant update letters via the company recruitment system for those candidates not shortlisted at CV stage. Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates are kept informed of the progress of their application and that they view the Company as an 'Employer of Choice'. Agree on shortlisted candidates with the Hiring Manager and arrange interviews with candidates ensuring candidates have all the information they need in preparation for their interview. Requirements Educated to GCSE level ideally with at grades 4 and above in Maths and English An ambitious and personable individual with the desire to progress their career in Recruitment or HR Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Teams in particular) Strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, target-driven and goal-orientated You must be flexible and adaptable due to ever-changing demands Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to show understanding, empathy, and rapport-building skills Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
