Title - Assistant Quantity Surveyor
To support the Quantity Surveyor for the below commercial duties in the Asset Intelligence Business. To ensure adherence with all Galliford Try and Asset Intelligence process’, principals and guidelines in all aspects.
Support the Quantity Surveyor in delivering commercial duties across the Asset Intelligence business.
Drive continuous professional development through mentoring and support from senior team members.
Complete and submit client applications and spend profiles in line with commercial calendars.
Review and process subcontractor applications, ensuring compliance with payment regulations.
Assist in negotiating and administering contracts, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.
Maintain accurate commercial registers and documentation for effective project mobilisation.
Experience in commercial or quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure.
Knowledge of contractual and financial processes.
