A growing professional services business operating in a regulated environment is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
This role sits within a probate-focused service function and will take ownership of improving operational delivery, efficiency, and scalability during a period of growth and transformation.
The Role
You will lead operational performance across probate case management, focusing on improving processes, turnaround times, and service quality.
Key responsibilities:
* Design and improve scalable probate operating processes
* Lead and support a team of probate case managers
* Improve end-to-end probate turnaround times while maintaining compliance
* Embed QA frameworks and service standards
* Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
* Work with tech/product teams on automation and process enhancements
* Provide operational reporting to senior stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in operational leadership within probate, legal services, or regulated environments
* Strong team management experience
* Proven ability to improve processes and drive change
* Comfortable using data to inform decisions
* Probate experience is highly desirable
