FIFE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PARTNERSHIP Staff Nurse Community Treatment and Care (CTAC)
Band 5, Permanent – 2 posts. Full‑time hours 30 hours per week (21.6 hours on weekdays, Monday‑Friday, worked flexibly). From 1 April 2026 the agenda for change will reduce the full‑time working week from 37 to 36 hours, with a corresponding hourly rate adjustment.
Responsibilities
* Provide care and treatment to patients attending the CTAC Service and treatment rooms, including wound management, long‑term condition screening, injections, Doppler assessment, compression bandaging and ear irrigation.
* Deliver evolving nursing tasks, ensuring clinical care and quality standards are met.
* Work as part of a multi‑professional team.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Adult/general nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* Skills and experience in a primary care setting and/or community hospital.
* Flexibility to cover other treatment rooms within Fife, excellent communication skills, adaptability to change and evidence of continuing personal development.
* Member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme prior to appointment.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom.
