We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Lutterworth office. This is a varied, hands-on position with the opportunity to become increasingly autonomous over time.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee office supplies, stationery, printing, kitchen and cleaning consumables.
Coordinate routine office servicing and compliance, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, air conditioning, and sanitary services.
Maintain office fire procedures and support general office upkeep.
Manage office equipment, workstations, and IT/phone equipment for new starters.
Process parking and speeding fines, liaising with internal teams as required.
Assist with fleet administration, including vehicle servicing, MOTs and supplier sourcing.
Support asset tracking, workwear stock management and office Amazon orders.
Liaise with the landlord and external suppliers.
Assist the H&S Manager with administrative tasks.
Support recruitment activity, staff events and office incentive days.
Manage the company eBay shop, selling surplus stock and office furniture.
Undertake general ad-hoc office administration as required.
About You
Previous experience in an office management, office supervisor or senior administrative role.
Highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
Confident working independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong communication skills with a practical, can-do attitude. xsngvjr
Must be able to Drive with a full UK driving licence.
Must be able to travel to the Lutterworth office and work 8-5 Mon-Friday and live within an hour of the office for Emergency call outs (if needed)
