About The Role
* Must be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in managing the programming of engineers and sub‑contractors.
* Handling telephone enquiries.
* Scheduling work on a daily basis via the company software system.
* A technical knowledge of maintenance.
* Uphold data protection policies.
* General office duties.
Health & Safety
* Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times.
* Report any accidents or health & safety issues appropriately.
* Ensure all risk assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed.
* Observe and follow all manual handling practices.

Required Criteria
* Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and further education desirable)
* Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
* Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years’ experience required
* Excellent demonstrable customer service
* Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
* Demonstrable experience of working within a performance‑driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPIs are delivered
