Offer description

About the Organization

Case Matters – Legal Services is a growing legal practice specializing in arbitration and contract management. The firm is dedicated to offering practical, precise, and timely solutions in complex legal disputes, particularly in infrastructure and construction matters. By combining litigation expertise with a strong focus on contractual obligations, Case Matters ensures that clients receive end-to-end support. The organization values innovation, discipline, and mentorship, creating an environment where young professionals can learn directly from experienced practitioners. With an emphasis on both arbitration and contract law, the firm provides interns with meaningful opportunities to develop skills that are highly relevant in today’s fast-evolving legal and business landscape.

Eligibility

This internship opportunity is open to LLB graduates or final-year LLB students who demonstrate a genuine interest in arbitration and contract drafting. While prior experience in these areas is an added advantage, it is not a mandatory requirement. The program is best suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to engage in legal drafting, and committed to developing practical knowledge in dispute resolution. Candidates must be available to work in a hybrid mode, balancing both in-office and remote tasks, with working hours scheduled from 10 AM to 7 PM. Strong research skills, good communication, and an ability to handle drafting work independently will make candidates stand out during the selection process.

Role

Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on arbitration and contract-related matters from the very beginning of their internship. Responsibilities in arbitration include drafting notices, pleadings, affidavits, admission and denial statements, and preparing synopses for final arguments. Interns will also draft applications and replies under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, while staying updated on recent legal developments, particularly in infrastructure and construction disputes. On the contract management side, tasks will involve drafting, vetting, and redlining various contracts and agreements. This role is designed to offer hands-on learning, enabling interns to engage in real casework while developing expertise that directly translates into future career opportunities.

How to Apply

Interested candidates can apply by sending their CVs to casematters.info@gmail.com. Applicants are encouraged to clearly highlight their academic background, any prior exposure to arbitration or contract law, and their career interests in these fields. Since there are only two positions available, early applications will increase the chances of consideration. The internship offers not only exposure to live arbitration and contract matters but also the potential for conversion into a permanent role post-probation, making it a valuable opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in arbitration and contract management.
