Salary: £23,460 per annum + benefits
Hours per week: 35h

As a Retail Manager, you will support your team to encourage sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of stock and store presentation.
Responsibilities:
* Lead store operations with energy and vision to create a memorable shopping experience.
* Apply your eye for design and style to curate donated products through visual merchandising, feature displays, and attractive windows to boost sales and footfall.
* Stay updated with fashion trends and local market demands to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage staff and volunteers, recruiting, training, and supporting them to ensure effective store operation.
* Engage with customers, coaching volunteers and staff to have meaningful conversations, encourage donations, and promote our loyalty scheme.
* Meet sales targets and control costs within budgets.
* Handle financial reporting, cash management, daily banking, and security procedures.
* Ensure donated goods are processed according to standards and pricing guidelines.
Key Criteria:
* Solid retail experience, preferably in fashion or clothing.
* Experience managing a team; volunteer management is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of retail merchandising and display.
* Experience with cash handling and financial procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
* Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures in retail.
