Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a busy hybrid-service restaurant operation with a strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
* Drive team performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and development.
* Manage labour, rotas, and staffing to deliver efficient and commercially successful operations.
* Maintain high standards across customer service, food safety, compliance, and daily operations.
* Take ownership of stock control, operational readiness, and service delivery during peak trading periods.
* Support sales growth through strong communication, upselling focus, and commercial awareness.
* Build a positive, accountable, and hospitality-led team culture.
* Managing a team of 2 assistant managers, 2 supervisors and 12-14 casual team members
