Job Description:
The Regional Facilities Contracts Manager is responsible for the FM business in the UK, with full P&L accountability for the FM section of King and Moffatt UK.
This role involves executing current work and expanding FM offerings by collaborating with other company sections.
Responsibilities include managing client relationships, hiring, subcontracting, operational management, and ensuring profit margins.
King and Moffatt currently supports FM services in Healthcare, offices, data centres, warehousing, and other facilities, primarily providing hard services. Growth in these sectors and expansion into new sectors are expected.
Key duties:
* Maintain and expand services to existing clients and develop new business through partnerships with construction teams.
* Create quotes for services delivered by employees and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant standards across HVAC, generators, electrical, fire systems, etc.
* Lead a team of facilities professionals, report to the UK Business Unit Director, and oversee service delivery.
Qualifications include a proven track record in managing hard facility services, understanding of pricing and delivery, people management skills, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. MIWFM certification and degree qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
