Your Role & Responsibilities
This is a dual-function position, with your time split equally between global recruitment tasks and local HR Support and maintaining the HR Information System, Workday. Youll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the UK and globally, in a friendly, informal office environment.
Global Responsibilities (50%)
* Recruitment:Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ATS maintenance.
* Onboarding:Host onboarding events and maintain onboarding tools.
* Systems:Act as a Workday superuser and manage HR hub pages.
* Employer Branding:Create and post content on social media and internal platforms.
* Employee Engagement:Support administration of employee surveys.
