You'll be working alongside a team of experienced Client Directors, setting up the conversations that matter — appointments, meetings, discovery calls — with the right people at the right businesses. And you will get involved in the calls as a part of your development. No closing. No complex pitches. Your job is to open doors. But don't mistake simplicity for easy. The best SDRs are curious, resilient, and genuinely interested in the businesses they're speaking to. They listen well, handle objections confidently, and understand that every great client relationship starts with one good conversation. You'll be a great fit if you: ✅ You have 1 year in an SDR role, ideally in technology but not essential ✅ Love talking to people and are naturally persuasive ✅ Are ambitious and want a career in tech sales — not just a job ✅ Can handle rejection and come back stronger ✅ Are organised, consistent, and take ownership of your activity ✅ Have some experience in a sales, customer-facing or outreach role (helpful but not essential — attitude beats experience here) What's in it for you?
