Service Manager - Air Conditioning - Stourbridge - c£55k plus package.
Working for a well respected, West Midlands Mechanical contractor in their service department, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of air conditioning maintenance, reactive service, and repair operations. This hybrid role combines management responsibilities with hands-on engineering duties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, technical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing engineers, overseeing service contracts, supporting business growth, and personally undertaking complex service, diagnostic, commissioning, and repair work when required.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, with proven experience in a supervisory, lead engineer or management role.
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience on split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, and heat pumps.
Excellent knowledge of HVAC industry standards and regulations.
Full UK Driving Licence.
