Cleaning Services Operations Support
Job Description:
This role is a vital part of our Cleaning Services team, where you will play an integral part in ensuring we provide exceptional spaces for our guests to enjoy. You will be responsible for planning daily tasks and team coordination, overseeing stock, recruitment, and training.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Cleaning Services Team Manager and Operations Assistant with planning, preparation, and daily operations to maintain a smooth-running department.
* Support stock delivery, team rotas, recruitment, training, and overall team development.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
* Oversee daily cleaning tasks, address feedback, and proactively implement improvements to maintain a clean, safe, and guest-friendly environment.
* Balance hands-on tasks around the park with administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
