Sales Manager – B2B & B2C | West London | £52K + Bonus + Benefits
We're working with a well-established UK distributor of market-leading, US-manufactured technology products. They've been supplying rugged, durable mounting solutions and device protection products to a wide range of sectors for over 20 years.
Following continued growth, they're now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the UK sales strategy and build a high-performing team.
The Role:
* Lead and develop a growing sales team
* Drive B2B and B2C revenue across both existing and untapped sectors
* Manage and improve CRM usage and sales processes
* Work directly with the Board on commercial strategy
* Be hands-on with key customer accounts – online and face-to-face
What they're looking for:
Proven success in B2B and/or B2C sales
Experience building and leading teams
Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and results-driven approach
Location:
Office-based (Feltham area, with free parking and good transport links)
Package:
£52,000 basic + bonus
25 days holiday + BH
