Job Description: Our team of Sales Advisors are important to us. You will be responsible for promoting our suite of telecoms products to existing customers. We welcome you to our Crewe Eurocard office, with working hours Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
* You will be provided with accounts to work from which means no cold calling.
* Developing learning of the suite of telecom products.
* Fully explain features and benefits of our products.
* Work closely with key partners across the major networks.
* After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.
* Obtaining additional orders or referrals from current customers.
Qualifications
* A confident communicator who is a natural conversation starter.
* A strong sales background is preferred.
* A desire to hit targets to maximise earnings.
* A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.
* Ability to negotiate and influence in more complex negotiations to find the best resolutions for the customer and the business.
