We are assisting an independently owned franchised main dealer in their search for a SALES EXECUTIVE.
This business offers a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit team with an attractive salary structure and positive work / life balance. Affiliated to two well-known automotive manufacturers, the company has recently welcomed a third, exciting urban brand.
Predominantly, you’ll be specialising in one of the two represented brands, whilst crossing over to sell all brands at busy times. Selling new and used vehicles, presenting finance options and upselling from a selection of approved products will be regular daily activities.
Giving an excellent standard of service is a priority.
You’ll need to already have a track record in car sales – confident in taking the sales process from initial enquiry, through to closing the sale and maximising profitability through skilled negotiations and upselling – meeting set targets to achieve your on-target earnings.
The working week is 5.5 days (no Sundays), an on-target salary range of between £40,000 and £45,000 alongside use of a company vehicle is included.
A company profit-share bonus is also offered.
