* The role is permanent and full time

Your future, your role
As a Head of M&A, you’ll be :
* Owning and overseeing all acquisitions end-to-end, from origination through to negotiation, due diligence and completion and onto a growth programme.
* Bringing a strategic view to lead generation and prioritisation – optimising strategic outcomes and value generation.
* Working collaboratively and manage key internal and external stakeholders throughout the negotiation and purchase process, to ensure a smooth process and maximise success
* Responsible for and present business cases to the Exec Leadership Team and Board to seek approval and sign-off
* Building and leading a market-leading team to drive success and performance at pace
