Key Responsibilities: * Build and wire control panels and machines – including motors, sensors, valves, and drives. * Install trunking, basket, conduit, and associated wiring accessories. * Lead, supervise, and support the wiring department on a day-to-day basis. * Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. * Carry out occasional offsite installation work (typically 1–2 projects per year, up to 1 week). * Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
