Argyles has an experienced team of registered nurses and carers who provide nursing, residential, convalescence, respite, palliative and Parkinson's care. This well-equipped Tudor-style house provides a comfortable and relaxing environment. Residents can socialise in the main lounge or relax in the quiet lounge as they choose, while the spacious gardens and patio can be enjoyed in warmer weather. Most bedrooms have en-suite facilities and can be personalised to suit individual tastes. Much culinary expertise has gone into making meals balanced and appealing, meeting personal diet needs and favourites. Hot and cold drinks are always available and homemade cake is another popular addition. Themed monthly events are part of the varied activities calendar, which includes visits from local performers, pampering sessions and excursions.

Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
* Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
* Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
* Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
* Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
What We're Looking For
* Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
