The Role
This is an exciting new role for an aspiring Graphic Designer to join the brand new in house marketing team of a financial services company. Youll be expected to contribute to managing one key project initially, providing a superior service whilst delivering innovative solutions. As Junior Graphic Designer you'll get involved in a multitude of activities including assisting in creating visual assets for digital and print media (social media graphics, presentations, brochures, web banners, etc.), supporting senior designers with layout, typography, and visual concepts, participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh design ideas, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, editing and retouching images as needed, preparing and packaging final design files for production, updating existing designs based on team feedback, staying up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Due to continued growth, they are in the process of growing their own in house digital and marketing team. You can expect a busy, vibrant environment working with some fantastically talented people with flexible hybrid working.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communication or similar and has a strong eye for visual composition, a passion for design, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual content. Youll be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a basic understanding of layout, colour theory and typography and be able to provide examples of design skills and creativity in a portfolio (student or personal work acceptable). This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow their skills in a fast-paced creative environment!
