What you’ll be doing
* Leading strategic talent projects and designing development programmes for high-potential colleagues
* Supporting talent review and succession planning processes with insightful collateral
* Driving adoption of digital tools and analysing talent data to inform decision-making
* Engaging with stakeholders across HR and the business to embed talent strategies
* Building relationships and understanding of key talent to support critical role placements
* Developing KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of talent initiatives
* Monitoring employee engagement and adapting strategies to improve outcomes
* Delivering Consumer Duty Target training to ensure staff understand their responsibilities
Qualifications
* Understanding of talent management frameworks and HR technology, including analytics tools
* Experience in project management within a talent or HR context
* Insight into employee engagement strategies and measurement approaches
* Familiarity with succession planning and leadership development methodologies
* Awareness of inclusive talent practices and diversity strategies
* Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide talent initiatives
* Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS and proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
