Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, Architectural Technologist, or Interior Architect with two years post qualification experience minimum. Based in City Of Bristol or Bath, the role offers the flexibility of working from home 1 day per week once your probation has been completed. The candidate will be responsible for creating concept plans and residential design packages, planning submissions, preparing presentations, working with private clients and ensuring effective communication within the team. Regular collaboration with other departments such as building surveying and structural engineering will also be required. With training we would expect the candidate to be creating technical and building regulations architectural drawings within 1-2 years.
