3rd Line Storage Support Engineer
Location: Basingstoke – Fully Onsite Shifts: (07:00 – 15:00 or 11:00 – 19:00)
We are seekin a 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer to join a team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers on a high-level government account. You will contribute to a service by working with new technologies and sharing ideas.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and support the backup and storage solution for high availability and disaster recovery.
* Conduct daily checks, produce documentation, and manage product lifecycle.
* Assist a high profile user community and maintain daily contact with customers/stakeholders.
* Utilise the IT Service Management Toolset.
* Critical responsibility for monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation.
Essential Experience/Skills
Transferable skills and experience in the following are highly valued:
1. Dell EMC Storage solutions (Including Avamar, SAN & Data domain)
