Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer
Experience: 15+ years

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with extensive experience in designing and building secure, scalable platforms on AWS and RHEL. The ideal candidate is an expert in automation and infrastructure‑as‑code, with a proven ability to reduce operational toil, improve reliability, and mentor engineering teams. This role will leverage cloud‑native and DevSecOps practices to deliver resilient, high‑performing platforms for enterprise‑scale workloads.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable platforms on AWS and RHEL.
* Design and implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git.
* Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and related tooling.
* Implement observability solutions using Grafana, CloudWatch, and Splunk.
* Drive platform reliability improvements and reduce operational overhead through automation and best practices.
* Mentor and guide engineering teams on DevOps, cloud‑native, and security‑first principles.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, security hardening, and performance optimization.
