We are seeking a data driven and analytically minded Product Manager II - Data & Content to support the development and growth of our UKI capabilities by developing and maintaining meaningful shared data services. This role would work directly with Content, Market Planning, Engineering and Product peers to seek-out and deliver value-added data services. This role will explore, innovate, and test solutions addressing complex data challenges by gathering customer requirements and assessing feasibility using extensive datasets.
Responsibilities
* Interact frequently with customers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for data driven capabilities
* Identify customer and business needs and prioritise work based on value, impact, and strategic alignment
* Evaluate new content against identified customer needs
* Utilise fail‑fast methodologies enabling rapid experimentation followed by informed decision‑making regarding continuation or pivoting strategies around data investments
* Maintain product backlogs to support effective delivery of data platform services
* Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication on priorities, progress, and delivery outcomes
* Work closely with Product Leads, contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions across all our domains including Customer Data Management, Fraud & Identity and Credit
* Support go‑to‑market activities, including timelines, value messaging, and enablement needs with GTM partners
* Solve customer problems by delivering data and data services that achieve agreed business goals and success metrics
* Manage defined portions of the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, validation, and iteration
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership, with responsibility for backlog prioritisation and delivery of customer-facing capabilities
* Proven ability gathering comprehensive requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders and translating them into actionable development
* Proven experience working with data and a strong understanding of data management
* Strong ability to balance immediate priorities and future strategy
* Self‑starter mindset, comfortable working independently and owning key deliverables
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies
* Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
