1. Delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple contact channels including phone, email, webchat and letter
2. Complying with regulatory and internal processes to protect our customers and business
3. Collaborating with colleagues and wider teams to deliver personalised support
4. Resolving customer complaints and using feedback to improve service
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency
6. Sharing product knowledge and expertise to support customers and colleagues
7. Providing timely and relevant information to help customers make informed decisions
8. Adapting to different team environments based on business needs
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Understanding of diverse customer needs and how to meet them
10. Excellent attention to detail and ability to record customer information accurately
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Ability to learn and adapt across multiple systems and processes
13. Proven experience in managing and prioritising customer queries
14. Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
15. Ability to build effective relationships and influence positively
16. Willingness to embrace change and contribute to team success
