The Assistant New Product Development Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the creation and launch of innovative products within the FMCG industry. This position requires a detail-oriented professional passionate about product development and marketing. Please note this role is an office-based position.

Description
* Support the development and execution of new product launches, ensuring timely delivery to market.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to align on product goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs within the FMCG sector.
* Assist in preparing product presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate packaging design and production processes in line with brand guidelines.
* Monitor product performance post-launch and propose improvements as needed.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the development process.
* Provide administrative and logistical support to the New Product Development team.
Profile
A successful Assistant New Product Development Manager should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Previous experience in product development or marketing within the FMCG industry.
* Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
* A keen interest in market trends and consumer behaviour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.]
* UK Drivers Licence is required
* Ability to travel into an office 5 days a week
