Job Title: Global Talent & Organisation Lead- Home Care

Location: Kingston

Our people are the heartbeat of Unilever – when they thrive, our business thrives. The Human Resource (HR) function plays a critical role in unlocking Unilever's potential by building a diverse and inclusive talent powerhouse that delivers superior performance. As a HR professional at Unilever, you will influence how we attract, retain and motivate talent, develop skills and capabilities for the future, manage and mitigate risk, and build a culture in which everyone feels empowered to be their true self at work. In HR, you are a trusted partner to the business and have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation and deliver consistent, competitive growth.

As the Talent & Organisation (T&O) Lead for Home Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our people and organisation. Sitting within the Global Talent & Innovation team, you’ll bring global talent and organisation strategies to life—translating them into high-impact, business-relevant solutions tailored to the Home Care Business Group (BG).

This is a highly visible, strategic role that acts as a critical connector—bridging HR, business leaders, and global expertise teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that drive performance, growth, and transformation.

Scope of Influence

* Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Home Care CHRO and HRBPs to co-create and deliver a tailored T&O agenda that aligns with business priorities.
* Global Integrator: Adapt and embed global T&O products and practices to ensure they resonate and deliver value within the Home Care context.
* Cross-Functional Collaborator: Partner across HR specialisms—such as People Analytics, Reward, ED&I, and HR Tech—to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
* Innovation Contributor: Feed business insights and deployment experience into the development of global T&O innovations, helping shape the future of work at Unilever.

Key Responsibilities

* Co-develop the Home Care Talent Strategy and annual T&O plan, grounded in internal insights and external trends.

* Deploy global talent frameworks (e.g. Performance Management, Shape Your Own Adventure) with contextual relevance and strong adoption.

* Design and support WL4+ talent forums, partnering with HRBPs to craft compelling content, insights, and follow-ups.

* Build talent intimacy by mapping key roles and individuals, and supporting succession planning for critical positions.

* Collaborate with Organisation Development and People Analytics to ensure organisation design is fit-for-purpose and aligned with strategic goals.

* Lead or contribute to agile squads focused on specific interventions, bringing in external benchmarks and user insights.

* Act as a global SME for at least one enterprise product, ensuring excellence in design and deployment.

* Partner with Communications to drive engagement and activation of T&O initiatives across the BG.

* Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously improve talent and organisation practices.

What We Offer

Not only do we offer a competitive salary and pension scheme, we also offer an annual bonus, free gym, a discounted staff shop and shares. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our renowned and exciting brands in a flexible and hybrid working environment.

Whilst the role is advertised on a full-time basis, we would be happy to discuss possible flexible working options and what this may look like for you. We are a key advocate of wellbeing and offer a variety of support for our people including hubs, programmes and development opportunities. We strive to achieve a family-friendly and inclusive workplace and to, above all, create possibilities for all.
