Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
Working closely with the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, helping to manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, oversee key administrative processes, and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the organisation.
Responsibilities will include diary management, handling correspondence, preparing documents, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting ongoing projects and operations. The successful candidate will become a trusted point of coordination within the organisation and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of Bright Futures 4 All.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting meaningful work within the charity, education, and community sector, and who thrives in a varied and people-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule, and appointments
* Organise meetings, events, and internal/external communications
* Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
* Support the coordination of organisational projects and operations
* Act as a key point of communication between the CEO and stakeholders
* Assist with general administrative and organisational tasks
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support roles
* Strong diary management and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
* Confidence coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and general office systems/tools
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives is desirable
