Role Overview We are seeking a Qualified Paraplanner (or part-qualified working towards Level 4 Diploma) to join our expanding team. You will play an important role in the growth of our company by supporting our advisers. You will be expected to deliver high-quality technical research, analysis, and well written reports. Through this you will help shape strategies that add real value to our clients’ financial plans. What We’re Looking For Analytical & Strategic Thinker You can interpret complex financial data and see the bigger picture. You think beyond the numbers, considering how recommendations impact the client’s overall financial plan. Clear & Effective Communicator You are skilled at translating technical jargon into plain English. You produce structured, concise reports and can present findings clearly to both advisers and clients. Attention to Detail Accuracy is essential. You ensure calculations, compliance checks, and documentation are correct and meet regulatory standards. Organised & Proactive You can manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. Client-Centric You understand client goals and uphold the Consumer Duty rules by prioritising good client outcomes and acting in their best interests. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards Level 4 Diploma). Previous experience as a paraplanner or administrator within an IFA environment.
