Yamgo Ltd is a UK-based technology company building a consumer-first reward, incentivisation and fintech platform for advertising, media, retail and beyond.
The company is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to provide creative ideas to help achieve both organic & paid user growth. In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with different teams such as Product Development Team, Sales and Operations. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels. With a background in marketing tech solutions, this hands‑on role requires a range of competencies including, but not limited to, excellent copywriting skills, campaign planning and execution, SEO/SEM, and website optimisation.
The position is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package. In current circumstances, this would be a work‑from‑home position but a candidate in close travelling distance to our Swansea offices would be preferred. Time management and the ability to work unsupervised is a must.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop marketing framework across social media, email marketing and digital platforms
* Grow and manage the company’s communities using creative, inbound, organic and new methods of acquiring users
* Being social and understanding users’ behaviour. Having great customer relations skills and being focused on customer experience
* Knowledge of Inbound & Outbound Marketing
* Oversee influencer marketing and influencer relationships
* Collecting and presenting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
* Collaborate in the creation of content for press releases, blog posts and websites
* Perform market analysis and research on digital technology, social media and cryptocurrency industry trends
* Moderating the social media platforms, commenting, engaging and answering support questions from the community
* Create and execute actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms
* Ensure brand consistency through tone, voice, and terminology
Requirements
* A Degree in Marketing (or other relevant subject)
* Minimum 1‑year experience in marketing
* Must have a startup mindset - move fast, build and grow
* Must have interest in the culture and changing landscape of tech
* Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, retention and engagement
* An in-depth understanding of all major social media platforms
* Able to successfully complete responsibilities both independently and in a team setting
* Ability to successfully navigate tight deadlines
* Experience with social media, blogging, publications and e‑commerce
* Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
* Strong working knowledge of design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
* Experience with a wide range of growth management tools
* Have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics and experience in data analysis
