Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery and performance of soft FM services, with a spotlight on catering, ensuring services meet and exceed contract expectations.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and PFI partners, acting as the key point of contact for all soft service operations.
* Inspire your team to innovate, improve, and deliver a best-in-class experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
* Manage budgets, drive commercial performance, and ensure full compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards.
What They Are Looking For:
* A proven leader with senior FM experience in a PFI healthcare environment – knowing the complexities and how to navigate them.
* Strong background in FM operations within large, demanding settings.
* Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, with a passion for people and service.
* Commercially savvy, compliance-conscious, and always one step ahead in spotting opportunities for improvement.
