Key Responsibilities
* Write and execute test scripts to validate software functionality.
* Perform manual and automated regression testing, reporting bugs and escalating major issues.
* Contribute to both migration and change projects .
* Support and maintain core technology platforms.
* Review and contribute to test documentation and test plans.
* Collaborate closely with the Service Team to :
* Answer user calls and queries.
* Raise and manage support tickets.
* Perform password resets and other routine support tasks.
