We are seeking exposure to cloud architecture and migration concepts, with Azure preferred. We need someone comfortable establishing architectural processes, contributing to design authorities, and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: We want you to act as our primary Architect and establish architecture practices, governance, and processes, including shaping the Technical Design Authority. We expect you to work closely with engineers and senior stakeholders to drive decisions across APIs, authentication, integration patterns, and application design. We need you to lead the evolution of our core Microsoft-based platform and introduce scalable, modern architectural patterns. We want you to shape our API-led ecosystem, including the potential introduction of an API Gateway and improved service-to-service communication. We expect you to support early-stage cloud adoption and help define a pragmatic, low-risk path to Azure. We need you to collaborate closely with our Infrastructure SME to ensure clear alignment between infrastructure and application architecture. We want you to introduce structure, best practices, and architectural governance across our technology landscape, ensuring consistency, scalability, and security.
