Position Details

* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Reporting To: Contracts Manager

About you:
* Proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technical or construction environment
* Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines
* A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
* Relevant administration qualification or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
What you'll do:
* Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
* Manage project documentation and update progress reports regularly
* Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars
* Assist in maintaining compliance and health & safety standards
* Support general office administration to keep the project team organised and efficient
