Role Overview
We are seeking a committed and experienced Quality Assistant Manager to support the effective leadership and development of high‑quality education provision at HMP Stocken.
Working as part of the senior management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a high‑quality learner experience, driving continuous improvement, maximising contract performance and supporting the development of an engaging, industry‑relevant curriculum.
You will take the lead on quality assurance and improvement within your curriculum area, support tutors to raise standards, and ensure teaching and learning meets regulatory, organisational and inspection requirements. You will also deputise for the Education Manager when required, providing operational and strategic support across the department.
