We’re representing a number of leading contractors and developers delivering high-profile commercial, mixed-use, and residential schemes across the capital. They are seeking experienced Site and Senior Site Managers to join their growing project delivery teams.
This is an opportunity to work with industry leaders shaping the future of London’s built environment, companies known for their design-led approach, technical excellence, and commitment to developing their people.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of on-site delivery for major new developments. From complex structural works through to final finishes, working alongside best-in-class design, engineering, and commercial professionals.
You’ll manage subcontractors, drive safety and quality, and ensure that every detail reflects the high standards expected of London’s most respected names in construction.
Whether it’s a new office building, luxury residential development, or large-scale mixed-use regeneration, you’ll be leading from the front and setting the tone for delivery excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee all on-site operations from start to completion
* Lead subcontractor teams and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently
* Maintain exceptional standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
* Coordinate with design, commercial, and client-side teams to ensure smooth project progression
* Build and sustain trusted client relationships through professionalism and accountability
* Motivate and mentor junior staff, promoting a collaborative, delivery-focused culture
About You
* Proven experience as a Site or Senior Site Manager on large-scale London projects (£5m–£100m+)
* Background with a Tier 1 contractor, developer, or D&B firm
* Deep understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and programme management
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving ability
* Passionate about building excellence and progressing your career within a leading firm
