Join our team as a Customer Service Administrator and play a key role in helping customers transition to sustainable energy. This is a full-time, office-based position working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 40 hours in total, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide clear guidance, resolve enquiries efficiently, and ensure a seamless journey from initial engagement through to post-installation support. You’ll work closely with technical and operational teams to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Provide first-line technical support for solar PV systems and renewable technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a smooth customer experience.
Investigate and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support process improvements.
Handle administrative tasks including project handovers and certification submissions.
Experience in customer support or first-line technical assistance.
Knowledge of customer engagement and complaint resolution.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Previous experience in the renewable energy or electrical industry.
