Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects? Design Business Interiors is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Fit Out & Refurbishment Project Manager to join our team, based in Wigan, with responsibility for overseeing one or multiple projects across the UK.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key link between our clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK with values ranging from £50k to £2m.
* Oversee project programmes, budgets, and health & safety compliance.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
* Liaise directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful handover.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
* Report to senior management on project status and performance.
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit out and refurbishment (commercial interiors preferred).
* Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and H&S requirements.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
* Graduate Project Managers will also be considered.
Qualifications
* Degree, HNC, or HND in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, or related discipline (essential).
* SMSTS qualification (essential).
* CSCS card (essential).
* First Aid at Work (desirable).
* Membership of a professional body such as CIOB, RICS, or APM (desirable).
