Where you’ll be working

What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months working in the UK with right to work.
* At least two years’ experience working in a social care environment.
* Qualified to at least QCF level 2.
* Bank position – zero hour contract.
* Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
A day in the life of a Care Team Leader
* Companionship – provide support, communication and engagement with our residents.
* Personal care – support with wash, bath or shower, dressing and oral care.
* Mobility – ensure residents can live as independently as possible.
* Social activities – in collaboration with the Activities Coordinator and care home management, plan and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
* Medication – support and oversee medication administration, including appropriate documentation.
* Document management – ensure all documentation relevant to those using our service is accurate and up‑to‑date.
* Collaboration – offer support and access to, as well as working collaboratively with, other health & social care professionals.
* Management – hold line‑manager responsibilities to care and senior care assistants, and in the absence of the Deputy and Registered Manager, hold responsibility for the home.
