Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a Document Controller to work on a major M&E fit out project on an industrial distribution build located in the Leeds area.
As a Document Controller with a construction project background, to join our Leeds project team. You'll manage and control all technical documentation across design and construction stages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and version control.
Working Hours: Approx. 07:00am till 17:00pm (10 hours per day)
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Manage project documentation via SharePoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Maintain registers, track revisions, and ensure accurate distribution of drawings/specifications.
Support M&E teams with submittals, approvals, and O&M/hand-over documentation.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and site teams to uphold document control procedures.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project requirements.
Skills & Experience
3+ years in Document Control within construction or M&E.
Proficient in SharePoint, ACC, and ideally other EDMS tools (e.g. Viewpoint, Asite, Aconex).
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical documentation.
Excellent organisation, accuracy, and communication skills.
Desirable
Experience with Tier 1 contractors or large M&E firms.
Knowledge of BIM Level 2 workflows.
CSCS card (preferred)
