Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized marketing professional to play a key role in supporting the company's marketing and communications activities. Working closely with the Directors, you will help deliver integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital content, and support business development initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent digital skills, and a genuine willingness to learn the terminology associated with the water and wastewater industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation and delivery of engaging marketing campaigns across web, social, and email channels.
* Coordinate website updates with the designer, optimise content, and launch new site features.
* Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, ensuring brand consistency.
* Develop website content, blogs, and case studies highlighting projects and technical expertise.
* Design digital and print materials (brochures, presentations, infographics) using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Coordinate the development and distribution of the quarterly company newsletter.
* Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insights.
* Support AI tool integration within the CRM for lead management and marketing efficiency.
* Create and maintain an annual marketing and events calendar.
* Assist in organising trade shows, client events, recruitment fairs, and industry exhibitions.
* Prepare event materials, promotional collateral, and on‑site coordination.
* Contribute to PR activities, including press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
* Develop case studies and success stories to strengthen brand identity.
* Ensure all communications are on‑brand, professional, and impactful.
* Stay updated with marketing best practices and digital tools through ongoing professional development.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
* Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
* Maintain content libraries for bids, proposals, and tenders.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing activity effectiveness.
* Assist with marketing budget monitoring and reporting.
Candidate Criteria
Essential
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
* 3–5 years of marketing or communications experience.
* Proven ability to manage digital and social media platforms.
* Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.
* Experience with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
* Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Desirable
* Experience in engineering, construction, utilities, or environmental sectors.
* Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and marketing automation tools.
* Understanding of water, wastewater, or sustainability markets.
