Training Manager - Insurance - MGA

Responsibilities include:
o Design and deliver a clear Learning and Development strategy and operating model, aligned to the Divisional strategy, goals and objectives.
o Coach, develop and inspire a team of Divisional operational trainers, across various sites, to continually evolve their skills, competence and delivery.
o Ensure the team effectively plan, develop and deliver engaging and innovative learning across the Division.
o Work closely with Head of Transformation and Head of Service Improvement consider internal and external feedback, to proactively identify training requirements and opportunities for improvement, across regulatory compliance and service delivery.
o Support key transformational projects and change activity, to ensure any new technology or processes are seamlessly Embedded, driving acceptance, continuous improvement and excellence
o Proven experience as a Training Manager for an Insurance Company is an essential requirement for this role
