As our Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping how our schools communicate, engage and inspire prospective families, current parents and wider communities.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Admissions as part of a supportive, collaborative and forward‑thinking team, contributing to meaningful campaigns that reflect our schools’ vision, values and strategic ambitions. Your work will directly help raise the profile and reputation of our schools across all key audiences.
About the Role
* Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
* Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–4:45 pm, Friday 8:30 am–4:00 pm
* Salary: £32,000–£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll take ownership of marketing activities that allow you to grow professionally while making a measurable impact across our family of schools. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging marketing, communications and PR activity through content creation, advertising campaigns, communication plans and press releases.
* Developing and strengthening our brand values to clearly differentiate our schools and ensure they are reflected consistently across all communications.
* Managing and enhancing our digital and social media presence by creating compelling content, monitoring performance and utilising tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and more.
* Working closely with Admissions to create strong, informative and engaging content for key events — including Open Days, Stay & Plays and Sixth Form Evenings — with the aim of supporting pupil recruitment.
* Creating a wide range of high‑quality marketing collateral, including prospectuses, digital and print advertisements, flyers, newsletters and promotional materials.
* Overseeing our websites to ensure content is accurate, engaging and aligned with school and group priorities.
* Staying up to date with marketing trends in the independent school sector and contributing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, imaginative and eager to develop your expertise within a busy, supportive environment. We’re looking for someone who has:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Marketing.
* A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
* Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent analytical, communication, time‑management and creative skills.
* A positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and the confidence to contribute ideas and solutions.
* Experience in the education sector or independent schools is advantageous and will support your ability to understand the needs and priorities of our audiences.
